A 49-year-old man was involved in an offence against a neighbour in Kelty.
Amos Weir, now of Lorimer Gardens, Dunfermline, has been waiting for months to be sentenced.
He admitted that on November 5 last year at Crambeth Place, Kelty, he repeatedly shouted, swore, acted in an aggressive manner and made offensive remarks towards a man.
Sentencing has been repeatedly delayed waiting for a psychiatric report to be obtained.
When Weir returned to court he was told sentencing would have to put back again until August 9.
