A driver has been reported after the occupants of a car fled from police in Lochgelly.
Once stopped and apprehended with the help of police dogs, it was found that the driver had no licence and was driving without insurance.
Sharing the information on X (Formerly Twitter), Road Policing Scotland wrote: "The driver of this vehicle tried to evade Fife road policing officers in the Lochgelly area.
"The occupants ran off. However, with help from @PSOSCowdenbeath & @PSOSDogs, they were quickly apprehended.
"The driver will be reported for having no licence and no insurance. The car was seized."
